The PRL High Volume Intercooler + Charge Pipe Kit is a performance cooling solution engineered for the 2022+ Honda Civic 1.5T, including Si, CVT, and 6MT variants. It addresses the factory intercooler's susceptibility to heat-soak, which can cause detonation and power loss during spirited driving. The kit includes a 26x4.5x5.9-inch bar-and-plate intercooler core rated for over 550 horsepower, along with a 2.5-inch cold-side charge pipe that significantly increases airflow over the factory 1.25-inch piping. An included high-volume intercooler outlet features a methanol injection bung for enhanced tuning and cooling safety. No ECU calibration is required for operation. The kit is legal for sale and use on emissions-controlled vehicles in 49 states under SEMA Certified-Emissions (SC-E) number SC-APG01-0054. Please note that this product is not legal for sale or use in California on any emissions-controlled motor vehicle. Installation may require professional fabrication skills, and the use of unapproved thermal coatings or heat wraps may void the warranty. Fitment includes all 2022+ Honda Civic 1.5T models, as well as 2023+ Acura Integra 1.5T applications. Please verify all local emissions regulations before purchase.
