This enhanced energy output ensures efficient ignition of the fuel-air mixture, which can lead to improved engine performance. RacingLine has optimized this increase to a 10% gain, identified as the sweet spot for VWG's TSI engines. This level of enhancement provides tangible benefits without causing a sharp rise in internal coil temperatures, maintaining consistent performance from idle to redline and promoting long-term reliability. For older engines still equipped with OE coils, replacing them with these higher-output versions is a worthwhile preventative maintenance upgrade to mitigate the risk of misfires as the original coils age and deteriorate. The fitment is straightforward, requiring only the removal of the original coil packs and installation of the RacingLine units. The product is sold individually, and customers can choose from blue (VWR900000), red (VWR900001), or grey (VWR900002) color options. The confirmed applications cover a broad spectrum of vehicles equipped with EA888.3, EA888.4, EA855 EVO, EA839, EA825 engine families, including popular models like the VW Golf 8, Audi S3 8Y, SEAT Leon III Cupra, and Skoda Octavia IV.
