The AEV HighMark Fender Flares are a set of front and rear fender flares designed for the 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2. These flares allow for an upgrade to 33-inch to 35-inch tires without requiring a large lift kit. They provide increased ground clearance and a more aggressive appearance while maintaining the vehicle's factory-tuned suspension and full wheel travel.

The AEV HighMark Fender Flares are engineered to enhance the capability and style of the 2023+ Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, enabling the use of larger 35-inch tires without the need for an extensive lift. This upgrade provides increased ground clearance and a more aggressive aesthetic while preserving the vehicle's factory-tuned suspension, geometry, and full wheel travel for continued off-road performance. This kit includes essential components for tire clearance enhancement, such as a 1/2" coil spacer, rear leaf spring spacer, and U-bolts, mirroring the setup found on the Colorado ZR2 Bison. The flares themselves feature a seamless design with specific closeout panels that integrate smoothly with the front bumper for a factory-like appearance. Installation is rated as moderate, with an estimated time of 6 hours, and requires drilling multiple holes in each fender, along with cutting both sides of the front fenders. For optimal fitment and to confidently run 35-inch tires, it is recommended to pair these flares with AEV Salta XR or Crestone DualSport Wheels. Other aftermarket wheels may lead to minor rubbing if the offset is too low; a +12mm offset on a 17x8.5 wheel is suggested. These flares are specifically designed for the 2023-2026 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 models equipped with the 2.7L I4 engine.
