Each set is precision CNC-machined from high-strength anodized billet aluminum with stainless steel hardware.

The Sato Racing Rear Sets provide a track-engineered seating position for the 2018-2025 Kawasaki Ninja 400, Ninja 500, Z400, and Z500. They also fit the non-US market Kawasaki Ninja 250 and Z250 models produced from 2018 onwards. Constructed from lightweight, high-strength anodized billet aluminum, these rear sets include stainless steel bolts and hardware for long-term durability. The fixed, non-folding foot pegs feature a finely knurled pattern for optimal grip, supplemented by abrasion-resistant Delrin end caps. For enhanced control, the shifter and brake pedals operate on miniature double stainless steel bearings, providing a precise, smooth action. The pedal tips are also made from durable Delrin and are adjustable. These rear sets are street-friendly, maintaining compatibility with the stock brake light switch and ABS systems. The kit includes the necessary hardware for attaching the OEM rear brake light pull switch. Riders can configure the system for either a standard or reverse/GP shift pattern by adjusting the mount angle of the change arm. While the kit comes partially pre-assembled, professional installation by a certified mechanic is recommended. Consult your factory shop manual for details on removing the stock components, as instructions are not included for that step.
