Overview

The HKS LA Clutch Kit (MPN: 26010-AZ001) is a single-plate clutch and flywheel system designed for the Mazda RX-7 FD (1993-1995) with the 13B-REW engine, FD3S chassis, RWD, and stock 5-speed (PULL type) transmission. A counterweight (N3Y2-11-52X) is required. This kit features an "MG Composite Disc" made of metal and glass fiber for improved heat resistance and reduced vibration, balancing launch controllability with high torque transfer. A disc damper minimizes transmission noise and absorbs shock torque. The lightweight flywheel and cover contribute to quicker response and acceleration. The "Strap Drive Mechanism" ensures smooth clutch disengagement without noise, and the optimized cover design provides light pedal pressure.
