HKS BOV Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit

The JBR HKS BOV Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit is engineered for the 2013-2018 Ford Focus ST, offering an upgrade over the stock charge piping. Constructed from durable 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum, this kit includes a precisely CNC-machined flange specifically for HKS blow-off valves. Additionally, it features a 1/8" NPT bung, making it ready for methanol injection systems. The increased diameter and smoother radius of the JBR piping enable cold air exiting the intercooler to reach the engine more rapidly and efficiently compared to the OEM components. Connections are made secure with custom, 5-ply reinforced silicone couplers that resist expansion under boost and are resistant to fuel and oil. The piping is held firmly in place by 19mm wide stainless steel T-bolt clamps. The kit includes all necessary components to block and eliminate the OEM bypass valve, along with one silicone coupler (black), one silicone elbow (color of choice), 3 feet of silicone vacuum tubing, and four stainless T-bolt clamps. Fitment is a direct OEM replacement, compatible with aftermarket turbos and intercoolers that are direct OEM replacements. Please note that this kit requires a sound symposer delete for vacuum source. The product is designed and manufactured in the USA, promoting increased airflow and lower charge temperatures.
