HKS M-Series Super Fire Racing spark plugs are high-performance Iridium plugs designed for advanced tuning, offering improved ignition performance, durability, and anti-carbon buildup. They feature a 0.6mm Iridium alloy center electrode for reduced voltage requirements and improved ignition, and an outer electrode with a platinum chip for durability. The shortened outer electrode provides resistance against vibration, enhancing longevity. A thermal edge on the ceramic insulator and a spark support gap help decrease carbon deposits. M-Series plugs are recommended for reliable ignition, durability, and anti-carbon buildup under high load due to the strong Iridium alloy. The Iridium alloy has a high melting point (2454 degrees C) allowing it to tolerate high compression and minor knocking. A nickel coating prevents premature deterioration.
