Zumbrota Drivetrain Manual Transmissions are remanufactured with a 3-step inspection process: pre-inspection for case cracks, excessive wear, and OEM-specific issues; component measurement during remanufacturing against OEM specifications; and a post-build inspection to ensure strict quality standards. Internal components are 100% inspected, and units are dynamometer tested for operation, shiftability, and noise.
