HO Intercooled Supercharger System P-1SC

The ProCharger 1GF212-SCI is a High Output (HO) Intercooled Supercharger System specifically engineered for the 1996 Chevrolet Corvette C4 LT4. It includes a P-1SC supercharger head unit, a highly effective 2-core air-to-air intercooler, all necessary tubing and piping, a Bosch bypass valve, and a standard 6-rib belt drive system. This system is 100% complete, containing everything needed for installation without requiring major modifications or special tools. Components include all mounting brackets, pulleys, belts, the intercooler, tubing, fittings, clamps, and oil for the self-contained lubrication system. The kit also includes a Fuel Management Unit (FMU) to provide the extra fuel needed, suitable for stock or mildly modified vehicles using factory camshafts, cylinder heads, and bottom ends. For more heavily modified vehicles, custom tuning or an aftermarket EFI system is recommended. This ProCharger system is proven to produce cooler charge air temperatures and the largest Corvette system power gains, delivering an estimated 150+ horsepower increase at 6 psi of boost. It is designed for operation on stock vehicles and requires a minimum of 91 octane gasoline. Note that some applications may require the A/C line to be modified or removed, and replacement lines may need to be locally fabricated.
