The bearing blocks, drop links, and sway bar arms are CNC machined from aircraft-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, chosen for its superior strength-to-weight ratio. The fully adjustable front and rear drop links effectively eliminate suspension preload. Oversized, precision Teflon-lined rod-ends ensure long life, smooth operation, and high reliability. This sway bar features an adjustable drop-link arm connection design, allowing for infinitely adjustable sway bar stiffness rates. This adjustability makes it easy to fine-tune your car’s handling to suit various track conditions and driving styles. Additionally, the thermoplastic bushings, impregnated with Teflon and reinforced with Kevlar, provide smooth operation and resistance to deflection under heavy loads. All components are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards, culminating in what Elephant Racing describes as the finest and most reliable sway bar on the market. This specific configuration, #1-944FSBA-ST, is for '83-'85 Porsche 944 models with stock steel control arms.
