Honda B-Series Turbocharger Kit w/ TX-50E Turbocharger

The REV9 Honda B-Series Turbocharger Kit is engineered to boost performance for B16, B18, and B20 DOHC VTEC engines found in vehicles like the Honda Civic, CRX, and Acura Integra. This comprehensive kit centers around a TX-50E turbocharger featuring a .63 A/R exhaust trim, a 3.00" compressor inlet, and a 2.00" compressor outlet, with a compressor wheel diameter of 53mm/75mm and a turbine wheel diameter of 57mm/65mm. The kit includes a direct bolt-on 27x6.5x3 inch intercooler, cast iron turbo manifold, and assorted 2.25" aluminized and 2.5" stainless steel piping for the exhaust and downpipe systems. Included in the package are a high-pressure silicon hose set, numerous clamps, a blow-off valve, and a 38mm wastegate, which is factory set at 5PSI and includes an additional 10 PSI spring to achieve a maximum setting of 15 PSI. A steel braided oil feed line, oil return line, and oil pan fitting are provided for proper lubrication, along with all necessary vacuum lines, tees, gaskets, bolts, and hardware for installation. Installation notes from user feedback suggest potential fitment challenges. Specifically, the manifold may require surfacing or longer bolts due to its thickness. The kit may also not fit with most full-size radiators and can present clearance issues with the OEM fan. Additional performance upgrades, such as an ECU upgrade, larger injectors, and a high-flow fuel pump, are recommended for optimal operation.
