The Brian Crower BC5018B crankshaft is engineered for enhanced performance in Honda B16A engines. This crankshaft features an 84.5mm stroke, designed to increase displacement and power potential. Every BC5018B crankshaft is subjected to a rigorous multi-step heat treatment process, which includes stress relieving, shot peening, and magnaflux inspection. These treatments ensure the crankshaft can withstand extreme conditions and maintain its integrity under high performance loads. The precision machining is carried out on a state-of-the-art 5-axis Mazak Integrex 300-IV CNC machine, guaranteeing exacting tolerances and optimal balance.
