Honda Civic Si Turbo Kit

The Dc5Creations 06-11 Honda Civic Si Turbo Kit is engineered to transform your vehicle's performance, offering substantial power gains for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic Si. This comprehensive kit includes a Pulsar Dual ball bearing gen 2 Gt3582 turbo, Pulsar 50mm blow-off valve, Pulsar 60mm wastegate, a custom Dc5creations turbo manifold, and a 600/800hp rated intercooler with mounting hardware. Included components also feature a 3-inch downpipe, upper radiator hose, turbo oil feed and drain lines with heat sleeve, and 2.5-inch intercooler piping specific to the chassis. The kit also comes with an intake temp sensor bung adapter, a Mass Air Flow to Intake Air Temperature adapter harness, an aluminum OE oil pan with a 10AN bung, and all necessary push-lock fittings and hoses. A turbo blanket and velocity stack are also part of the package. For successful installation and optimal performance, several additional items are recommended and may be required. These include an upgraded clutch (Clutch Masters FX400 for under 600hp, or Clutch Masters 725 twin-disc for over 600hp), a robust fuel system with 2150 FIC injectors and a 450 Walbro fuel pump, and a fuel pump relay harness. A catch can is recommended but not mandatory. Crucially, the battery must be relocated, and aftermarket engine mounts are required. Trimming the front driver-side bumper may also be necessary. The intercooler piping is designed to work exclusively with RBC or Skunk2 Street Ultra manifolds. An aftermarket coolant head adapter is a must for clearance, and the use of an aftermarket engine water coolant neck, such as the K-Tuned water neck, is highly recommended.
