The Empire Industries Honda TRX90 Performance Exhaust System is a full exhaust system engineered for the Honda TRX90 and TRX90EX platforms. Its true step-pipe header design helps maximize the performance of your TRX90 engine, making it suitable for both stock and modified applications. Constructed from durable TIG welded 304 stainless steel and paired with a lightweight aluminum muffler, this exhaust system offers an optimal balance of longevity, weight reduction, and aggressive styling. Key performance highlights include improved throttle response, increased low and mid-range power, better exhaust flow, and a deep, aggressive exhaust tone. This system is handcrafted in the USA and includes features like a high-flow performance core and a powder-coated stainless Empire “E” badge. For modified applications, a fuel controller or proper jetting may be required to maintain correct air/fuel ratios and ensure optimal performance, preventing lean conditions and potential engine or exhaust damage. The product is intended for off-road use only and is not California / C.A.R.B. compliant.
