This part is compatible with a range of BMW models, including the 5-Series E39 (1996-2003), M5 (2000-2003), and Z4 E85 (2003-2008). Specific fitments include the 528i (1998-2000), 540i (1998-2003), 525i and 530i (2001-2003), and the 528i and 540i Sedan (1997, from 3/96 build date). It also fits the Z4 2.5i, Z4 3.0i, Z4 M Roadster, Z4 Roadster 3.0si Convertible (2003-2008), and the Z4 Coupe 3.0si and Z4 M Coupe Convertible (2006-2008). As an electrical component, this switch is non-returnable unless it is part of an approved warranty replacement. Please verify fitment for your specific BMW model and year before purchasing.
