The system allows for a convenient, one-handed operation where the hood lifts unassisted in a smooth and controlled manner, thanks to custom-engineered, progressive-rate gas springs. Constructed with premium materials, this bolt-in kit features 316L stainless steel gas springs and zinc-plated, black powder-coated mounting brackets for long-term corrosion resistance. All components are designed using CATIA CAD software and manufactured in the USA to meet specific vehicle requirements, ensuring reliable operation with end-of-stroke dampening that reduces stress on the hood. This system is compatible with 2021-2026 Hyundai Elantra models, including SE, SEL, Limited, N line, i30, and i30 sedan trims. Installation is a straightforward, bolt-in process that utilizes existing factory mounting locations. The ELITE series includes a five-year warranty on all components.
