Description

The Stinger HORIZON10 is a universal multimedia system that elevates in-car infotainment with a 10.1-inch HD touchscreen. The display is optically bonded and IP65 weather-resistant, providing protection against dust and moisture, making it suitable for a variety of environments, including cars, trucks, RVs, and off-road vehicles. Note that while the display is weather-resistant, the radio chassis itself is not IP-rated. Technical specifications include a 1280x800 resolution screen with anti-glare, anti-reflection, and anti-fingerprint coatings. The unit offers advanced audio customization with a 15-band equalizer, eight-channel preamp outputs, and time alignment features. It also integrates with AudioControl DM series processors and allows for on-screen control of up to four external accessories, though external relays are required for accessory switching functionality. Connectivity options include three USB ports, HDMI input, and AV input, with wired smartphone integration supported exclusively through the USB-C connection. For system integration, the unit supports multiple camera inputs for improved visibility and safety.
