Description

The Halltech Hornet Cold Air Intake is specifically designed for the Chevrolet C8 Z06, ZR1, and ZR1X models with the 5.5-liter LT7 engine. This direct-fit system offers an easy installation process, requiring no modifications or tuning. Constructed from military-grade XLPE, the filter box features a stainless steel backplate that allows for the retention of all factory harness fasteners and the antenna in their original locations. The intake reuses the stock throttle body connector hose, PCV fitting, and mounting bolts, simplifying the installation. This cold air intake boasts a high-flow air filter with nearly 1,000 square inches of filtration area. The system is dyno-proven to deliver up to 18 horsepower gains in the midrange.
