Hornet Cold Air Intake System

The Halltech Hornet Intake System is a direct cold air intake replacement engineered for the 2020-2024 C8 Corvette Stingray, Z51, and E-Ray models, including Coupe and HTC variants. Constructed from military-grade XLPE, its filter box houses a substantial filter offering nearly 1,000 square inches of filtration area. A stainless steel backplate ensures all factory harness fasteners and the antenna can be reattached in their original locations. Installation is straightforward as it requires no vehicle modifications and no tuning. The design allows for the reuse of stock components, including the t/b connector hose, PCV fitting, left and right inlet ducts, and mounting bolts. For the HTC models, the only modification needed is to drill out the top center rivnut on the access panel. This intake system has demonstrated gains of over 17 horsepower and 25 lb-ft of torque on the Stingray model.
