Earls Ultra-Flex™ 304 Stainless Braid Hose combines the inner tubing of their Kevlar(R) hose with a high tensile grade 304 stainless steel cover. This design offers the same flow rate and flexibility advantages as the Kevlar(R) hose, with added protection. The carbon-lined inner tubing for static dissipation features a smooth bore with a large ID for maximum flow and a convoluted exterior support for incredible flexibility. Ultra-Flex stainless is 40% lighter and has an average of 14% larger ID than Earls' premium stainless braided rubber hose. Made of PTFE resin, it is suitable for a wide range of applications including Fuel, Oil, Water, Methanol, and Air, and has a very high vacuum rating – 29Hg. The stainless hose is compatible with all hose ends and crimp collars made for the Kevlar(R) Ultra-Flex line, allowing the same crimper and dies to be used for both.
