Overview

The Heatshield Products Hot Rod Sleeve is a 1/4-inch inner diameter by 10-foot long heat protection sleeve designed to shield vital components from extreme heat. It is rated for 1100°F continuous use and can withstand up to 2000°F for 30 seconds. The sleeve features a special weave that allows it to expand and contract over fittings, protecting lines, harnesses, hoses, and fluids.

Hot Rod Sleeve protects vital fluids and wiring from excess heat damage. Using vintage looks with modern technology, nothing works better to keep you moving. The special weave of the Hot Rod Sleeve always the diameter expand up to 15% of its nominal ID on the smaller sizes. Hot Rod Sleeve fixes vapor lock protects transmission lines, brake lines and more! Each 10' kit includes two heat shrink to "seal" the end of the sleeve. A loose-fitting heat shield sleeve is fine if the ends are sealed to make sure no heat gets past the protection. Hot Rod Sleeve is also nonflammable making it a great protector for wires and harnesses that keep critical car systems functioning.
