Overview

The Hot Rods Crankshaft W/Rods POL (HR00016) is a high-performance engine component designed for powersports applications. It serves as a premier alternative to costly OEM crankshafts and is sold complete with proven Hot Rods connecting rods, top end bearings, and crankshaft webs. This crankshaft is factory-assembled and trued to OEM specifications, ensuring it meets or surpasses OEM performance and durability. It is fully re-buildable with genuine Hot Rods connecting rods and bearings. The HR00016 is a stroker crankshaft, featuring an increased stroke for enhanced displacement and horsepower, and is designed as a drop-in replacement requiring no modification in most applications. It is CNC machined and dynamically balanced to accommodate the increased stroke and typically utilizes stock pistons. It can be matched with Cylinder Works Big Bore cylinders for significant displacement and horsepower gains. This crankshaft is verified to fit various Polaris models, including the ACE 900 SP EPS, RZR 900, and Ranger 900 series, across several model years.
