Constructed from 8620 case hardened steel, this kit undergoes a special forging process for improved grain flow and dimensional consistency, ensuring uncompromising strength.

Features include double-honed bearing surfaces for high RPM operation, double-drilled small ends for enhanced wrist pin lubrication, and bronze bushings in the small end of four-stroke rods to maximize durability and prevent galling. For two-stroke applications, specially designed vent slots in the large end improve lubrication, while side scalloping on the large end minimizes high RPM rod distortion. The kit also includes advanced, case-hardened and silver-coated bearings and a case-hardened crank pin made from hot-rolled ASTM 4115 steel.
