The Spelab SPIS08110 Hot Side Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered to upgrade the intercooler system for 2011-2016 Ford F250, F350, and F450 models with the 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engine. It replaces the failure-prone OEM plastic intercooler piping with durable, mandrel-bent aluminum tubing and triple-reinforced silicone connections, aiming to improve airflow, boost pressure retention, and overall reliability, especially in high-heat environments. The kit features a polished silver finish on the aluminum tubing for corrosion resistance and a clean engine bay appearance. The upgraded diameter, with a 3" lower and 3.5" upper pipe, is designed to optimize turbo efficiency and performance. The couplers are made from triple-reinforced silicone to withstand extreme heat and vibration. This kit is designed for a direct bolt-on installation with no modifications or engine tuning required, and it is compatible with factory emissions components thanks to 100% CNC-machined couplings for precise fitment. Included in the kit are one hot side intercooler pipe, two silicone connection tubes (3" and 3" to 3.5"), and four T-bolt clamps.
