The Whelen Engineering Co., Inc. HOWLER is a low-frequency tone siren designed to enhance emergency vehicle warnings by integrating with existing 100/200-watt primary siren amplifiers. It provides deep, penetrating tones that synchronize with the primary siren, ensuring the signal is both heard and felt in high-noise environments. The system features customizable tone durations and frequency bands via Scan-Lock™ programming, and supports single or dual speaker setups with two external cancel controls.
