The HP Plus compound is a popular choice for enthusiasts who want excellent street performance or the capability to auto-cross or participate in track days without the hassle of swapping pads. They offer a significant increase in brake torque and an expanded temperature range over OEM pads, making them a recommended upgrade for beginners with limited track experience. Hawk Performance HP Plus Compound Characteristics include a low to mid-temperature range, fade resistance, and smooth, predictable torque. The operating temperature range is 100-800 Deg F, with an optimal range of 300-600 Deg F. The part number is HB663N.557. NOTE: All Hawk Performance compounds are not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors.
