HPFP Internal Upgrade Kit

The Integrated Engineering HPFP Internal Upgrade Kit is designed to significantly enhance fuel delivery for VW and Audi Gen 3 2.0T engines, particularly when running ethanol fuels or larger turbochargers. This kit replaces the stock HPFP internals with components that increase the piston diameter from 9.92mm to 11.68mm and the stroke volume from 231mm³ to 321mm³. This added displacement allows for greater fuel flow, directly enabling more horsepower and torque. The constant diameter pin design increases contact with the cylinder by over 50% compared to stepped designs, improving stability and reducing wear. Installation of this kit involves fuel lines and requires a clean environment, with experienced or professional installation highly recommended. An "HPFP Socket Tool" is sold separately and is required for the disassembly and assembly of the factory HPFP housing. The estimated installation time is 2-3 hours. For Audi B9 A4, A5, and Q5 2.0T (MLB) engines, a conversion to a VW MK7/8V 2.0T (MQB) vacuum pump housing and HPFP is necessary before installing this kit. This upgrade is not compatible with Bosch pumps found on MK7/8V 1.8T engines and early MK6 GLI Gen 3 (non-MQB) platforms. It is designed to fit VW GTI (2015-2021 MK7/MK7.5), Golf R (2015-2021 MK7/MK7.5), GLI (2019-2022 MK7), Audi A3 Quattro (2015-2021 8V), S3 (2015-2021 8V), TT (2015-2021 8S), TTS (2016-2021 8S), A4 Quattro (2017-2020 B9), A5 Quattro (2017-2020 B9), and Q5 Quattro (2017-2020 80A) models with the 2.0T engine (MQB or MLB, with noted conversion for MLB).
