HPFP Internals Kit 11.67mm Piston Upgrade

The Integrated Engineering HPFP (High-Pressure Fuel Pump) internals kit is designed to upgrade the factory pumps in your Audi 4.0TT V8 engine, offering increased fuel delivery capacity. This kit installs into your existing pump housings, replacing the stock internals with larger 11.67mm pistons and an increased stroke volume. This allows for greater fuel flow, which is essential for supporting significant power increases from turbo upgrades, especially when using ethanol fuel blends. A molybdenum disulphide impregnated, spring-energized seal within a stainless steel body ensures a leak-free operation, while a Buna-N rubber o-ring provides resistance to heat and various fuels. These components are assembled and tested in-house to exacting tolerances, with pistons and cylinders matched as sets and verified to within 0.00005 inches. Installation of this HPFP kit is described as straightforward with the correct tools and does not require permanent modifications. However, it involves working with fuel lines and requires careful attention to avoid contamination, making experienced or professional installation highly recommended. The estimated installation time is 2-3 hours. A specialty HPFP Socket Tool is required for disassembly and assembly and is sold separately. This kit is specifically designed for the Audi S6 (2013-2028, C7/C7.5, 4.0TT), S7 (2013-2028, C7/C7.5, 4.0TT), and RS7 (2014-2028, C7/C7.5, 4.0TT) models with the 4.0TT engine. It includes two complete IE HPFP upgrade internal kits to upgrade both pumps. Flow testing indicated a maximum gain of 38.58% over stock.
