HPFP Upgrade Kit for MQB 2.0T

The Integrated Engineering High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Upgrade Kit is engineered to enhance fuel delivery for VW and Audi MQB 2.0T Gen 3 engines, supporting ethanol fuels and larger turbocharger applications. This kit installs within the factory fuel pump housing, increasing the bore and piston size of the pump internals to allow for greater fuel flow. This increased capacity is crucial for supporting higher horsepower and torque output when upgrading turbochargers or running E85 fuel. The kit features a constant diameter piston design with a tool steel DLC coated pin and a nitrided tool steel cylinder, ensuring long life and stability. The piston diameter is increased from 9.92mm to 11.68mm, and the stroke volume increases from 231mm^3 to 321mm^3, resulting in a flow rate increase of up to 38.58% over stock. IE's strict quality control processes, including measuring matched piston and cylinder sets to within 0.00005 of an inch, contribute to the high reliability for which IE HPFP kits are known.
