Description

The HPS Performance aluminum elbow tubing is a 45-degree mandrel bent pipe designed for custom fabrication projects. It features a 1-5/8 inch outside diameter, a 2-1/2 inch center line radius, and 6-inch leg lengths. Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a mill finish and 16-gauge wall thickness, this tubing is suitable for various industrial, automotive, marine, and aerospace applications.

This tubing is ideal for DIY air intake, cooling systems, and turbo intercooler piping setups. The 6061 aluminum alloy is versatile and cost-effective, sold in the T6 condition for easy sawing, machining, sanding, and polishing. However, HPS Performance does not recommend this tubing for use in exhaust systems.
