The Hawk Performance HB145B.570 HPS 5.0 Disc Brake Pads are engineered to significantly enhance your vehicle's braking performance. These rear brake pads utilize a Ferro-Carbon compound, delivering aggressive torque and high deceleration rates. The HPS 5.0 compound offers a higher coefficient of friction over stock pads, translating to 20 to 40 percent more stopping power and greater resistance to brake fade, even under higher temperatures. Key attributes include low dust levels, excellent stopping power (rated 4/5), and performance over stock suitable for track day use or towing (rated 4/5). The pad material is carbon, and they are intended for performance street driving and street & track events. Installation includes a break-in procedure, and bed-in instructions are available to ensure optimal performance. These pads are specifically designed for rear brake applications and feature a thickness of 0.570 inches.
