The Hawk Performance HPS (High Performance Street) Brake Pads (HB471F.510) are engineered to significantly upgrade the braking performance of your vehicle. Featuring a ferro-carbon friction material, these pads offer a higher coefficient of friction, delivering 20-40% more stopping power over stock pads. They are gentle on rotors, helping to maintain the integrity of your braking system. These pads are intended for use with iron/metal rotors and are not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors. This specific application is for the front pair of brake pads and is compatible with 1965-1967 I6/289 V8 Mustangs and 1967-1969 390 V8 Mustangs. Always ensure proper installation and bed-in procedures are followed, as detailed by Hawk Performance, to achieve optimal performance and longevity.
