HPS Performance 1.25 OD 6061 Aluminum Straight Pipe Tubing 16 Gauge x 3 Feet Long

The HPS Performance AST-3F-125 is a 3-foot long aluminum straight tubing. It is constructed from 16 gauge 6061-T6 aluminum with a 1.25-inch (32mm) outside diameter and a 0.065-inch (1.65mm) wall thickness. This tubing is suitable for various industrial, automotive, marine, and aerospace applications.

It is ideal for custom fabrication projects such as DIY air intake systems, cooling systems, and turbo intercooler piping setups. The 6061 aluminum alloy offers versatility and is cost-effective, being the least expensive of the heat-treatable aluminum alloys. The tubing is sold in the T6 condition, making it suitable for sawing, machining, sanding, and polishing, though care should be taken during polishing to avoid removing too much material.
