Description

The HPS Performance 120 Degree Bend Aluminum Elbow is a custom fabrication component designed for various applications. It features a 1-1/2 inch (38mm) outside diameter and is constructed from 16 gauge 6061-T6 aluminum. This elbow pipe has a 6-inch leg length on each side and a 2-inch center line of radius, with a tight radius bend.

This aluminum tubing is ideal for projects such as DIY air intake systems, cooling systems, and turbo intercooler piping. The 6061 aluminum alloy is versatile and cost-effective, sold in the T6 condition suitable for machining and polishing. However, HPS Performance explicitly states that 6061 aluminum is not recommended for exhaust system use.
