Description

The HPS Performance aluminum elbow pipe is a 180-degree U-bend made from 16-gauge 6061-T6 aluminum. It features a 3/4-inch outside diameter and a 1.5-inch center line radius. This tubing is commonly used in industrial, automotive, marine, and aerospace applications for custom fabrication projects such as DIY air intakes, cooling systems, and turbo intercooler piping.

This versatile alloy is ideal for sawing, machining, sanding, and polishing. The tubing has a wall thickness of 0.065 inches and leg lengths of 6 inches on each side. The overall dimensions include an outer width of 3-7/8 inches and an inside width of 2-3/8 inches, with an overall height of 8 inches. HPS Performance does not recommend this aluminum tubing for exhaust systems.
