Description

The HPS Performance 90 Degree Bend Aluminum Elbow is a mandrel-bent tubing component designed for custom fabrication projects. It is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with a mill finish.

This elbow features a 1-inch outside diameter and a 2-inch center line radius, with leg lengths of 6 inches on each side. The wall thickness is 0.065 inches (1.65mm), and it is sold in the T6 condition, making it suitable for sawing, machining, sanding, and polishing. HPS explicitly does not recommend this aluminum for exhaust system applications.
