The tubing has an outside diameter of 1 inch (25mm) and a wall thickness of 0.065 inches (1.65mm). Each leg of the elbow measures 6 inches, and it has a center line of radius of 1 1/2 inches. HPS does not recommend this aluminum tubing for exhaust systems.
