Overview

The HPS Performance Red Air Intake Kit (part number 827-768R) for 2019-2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid 2.5L is engineered for power, sound, and longevity. It improves power output with dyno-proven gains up to 5 horsepower and 7.8 lb-ft. of torque and enhances induction sound under acceleration. The kit features a precision 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, a durable 3-ply polyester-reinforced silicone coupler, and 100% stainless steel embossed hose clamps. This plug-and-play kit delivers a noticeable boost in throttle response, enhanced induction sound, and improved overall drivability. It replaces the restrictive stock air box with a heavy-duty powder-coated heat shield and a high-flow, washable, and reusable air filter for increased air intake volume. The kit is designed to withstand harsh driving conditions and does not require ECU tuning or additional modifications.
