Overview

The HPS Performance Black Air Intake Kit (part number 827-768WB) is engineered to improve power output, enhance induction sound, and increase longevity for the 2019-2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid 2.5L. It features a 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube, a durable 3-ply polyester-reinforced silicone coupler, and 100% stainless steel embossed hose clamps. This kit delivers dyno-proven gains of up to 5 horsepower and 7.8 lb-ft. of torque, a noticeable boost in throttle response, and improved overall drivability. It includes a heavy-duty powder-coated heat shield and a high-flow, washable, and reusable air filter. The kit does not require ECU tuning or additional modifications. It is designed to withstand harsh driving conditions.
