The HPS Performance 827-622R Shortram Air Intake Kit is designed for 2007-2008 Chevy Suburban 1500, Tahoe, and Avalanche models with 5.3L or 6.0L V8 engines (Tahoe also fits 4.8L V8). It features a 4-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube, a powder-coated steel heat shield, reinforced silicone hoses, and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. This intake system is engineered to deliver dyno-proven performance gains of +16.9 whp and +18.5 ft/lbs torque, improve throttle response, and maintain a safe air-fuel ratio. The kit requires no tuning, modifications, or special tools for installation, and it will not trigger a CEL light.
