MIA's Description

HP Tuners offers a send-in upgrade service for the GM Global B E99 ECM (found in 2020+ GM vehicles) to enable diagnostics and tuning in VCM Suite (BETA) software. Users must ship their original E99 ECM to HP Tuners. Once upgraded, full access to calibrate, log, and scan is available via the OBDII port. No IMMO Relearn, Crank Relearn, or "Replace ECM" function is needed if the ECM returns to the same vehicle. Tuning requires an MPVI3 or MPVI4 interface and the latest VCM Suite (BETA). MPVI2+ and older devices are not compatible. Service takes up to 7 business days, excluding shipping.
