HQ Series Shock Absorbers

The RideTech 11390296-RT Complete HQ Air Suspension Handling Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the ride height, quality, and handling of 1982-2003 Chevrolet S-10, S-15, and GMC Sonoma pickup trucks equipped with an 8.5" differential. This comprehensive kit offers a full replacement for the truck's factory leaf springs, incorporating a robust Wishbone link-style rear suspension system that utilizes RideTech's R-Joints for smooth articulation. The front suspension, branded TruTurn™, features tubular A-arms and specially designed outer tie rod ends to correct bump steer issues. The kit includes a pair of front and rear HQ Series monotube Shockwaves™ with rebound adjustment knobs for fine-tuning ride quality and handling. A heavy-duty front MuscleBar™ sway bar is also included to reduce body roll and further improve cornering performance. The kit boasts several advanced features for optimal performance. The Upper and Lower StrongArm tubular control arms are designed with strategic ball joint placements for increased camber gain and caster settings, and feature injection-molded Delrin bushings with Teflon to minimize deflection and stiction. The TruTurn steering linkage ensures precise control through suspension travel. The HQ Series Shockwaves™ are constructed with impact-forged aluminum bodies and a monotube design for superior ride and handling, backed by a 1,000,0001 Mile Warranty.
