Description

The Maxwell HRC10-8 Horizontal Windlass is an automatic rope/chain anchor winch for boats up to 45 feet. It works with both rope/chain combinations and all-chain rodes, featuring Maxwell’s Wave Design™ chainwheel for 5/16" chain spliced to 5/8" rope. Its above-deck, two-part watertight anodized aluminum case encloses motor and drive components. Key features include a stainless steel pressure arm, manual "free fall" via a cone clutch, a sealed oil bath gearbox, and a wrap-around chainwheel. It is powered by a 1000W motor and has a 3-year limited warranty.
