The Lewmar V700 windlass kit is a low-profile deck unit fitted with a heavy-duty control arm and stripper. It features a fall-safe gypsy lock to prevent accidental deployment. The kit includes the windlass, base gasket seal, below-deck mounting clamps, mounting studs, and an installation wrench. It also includes a rocker switch, breaker, two-direction solenoid, and a handle. It is designed for power and sailboats 40-50 ft in length and fits a 1/4" G4 chain. The windlass is made of tough stainless steel and features FastFit for easy, one-person installation, ensuring proper drive shaft alignment.
