The Fram PH3689 is a spin-on oil filter designed for full-flow lubrication systems. It features a 1-16 UN-2B thread size and measures 7 11/32 inches in length and 4 1/4 inches in outer diameter. This oil filter replaces the NAPA GOLD 1795.
