Description

The Maxwell VW1500 series anchor winches are designed for traditional rope and chain anchor rodes, requiring manual transfer of the rode. It allows operating two anchors from a single winch. Features include a MAX-grip™ snag-free warping drum with clutch disengagement for rope hauling, and compatibility with traditional shackle and thimble rope and chain connections. It can be mounted horizontally inside the chain locker. Above-deck components are marine-grade 316 stainless steel and chromed bronze.
