Description

The MAXWELL HWC 3500 12V Horizontal Windlass is a marine winch for chain-only anchor rodes, with an independent capstan. It features an all-above-deck design, marine-grade stainless steel (AISI 316) and chromed bronze construction, and a cone-type clutch for smooth engagement and manual free-fall. It includes a chainwheel locking pawl, an anodized aluminum gearbox, and a heavy-duty Cima motor. Easily disassembled for servicing, it's suitable for vessels needing a powerful and reliable anchoring system.
