The Cummins HX35 Stealth 64 is an upgraded, drop-in replacement turbocharger engineered as a bolt-on solution for 1991.5-2002 Dodge 5.9L Cummins engines, including both 12-valve and early 24-valve configurations. This turbo features a custom-profile, 64mm billet compressor wheel with an 11-blade design, paired with a high-flow custom turbine wheel. This combination is designed to deliver a substantial increase in airflow, supporting power levels up to 500+ RWHP. It is specifically recommended for owners looking to build a fast street truck that also tows infrequently, aiming for the 450-500 horsepower range. To achieve optimal performance and avoid issues like high EGTs or excessive black smoke, this turbo upgrade is intended to be used in conjunction with increased fueling, such as upgraded injectors and/or performance tuning. The HX35 Stealth 64 is designed to balance spool time and power output, preventing the drivability compromises associated with turbos that are too large for the application.
