Hybrid Turbocharger Assembly 4.0TFSI EA825

The Unitronic UH030-BTA is a TTE1020 Hybrid Turbocharger Upgrade designed for the 4.0TFSI EA825 engine in the C8 Audi RS6 and RS7. When combined with Unitronic Stage 3 ECU and TCU Performance Software and supporting Unitronic hardware, this upgrade is capable of producing up to 936 HP and 830 LB-FT of torque. These turbochargers are remanufactured from genuine BorgWarner units, featuring TTE's larger billet compressors with a 6+6 blade design and TTE 9-blade turbines. The exhaust housings are milled for increased power capacity. Precise balancing is a critical factor for longevity and performance, with components balanced to TTE's high standards using both single-part balancing machines and dynamically balanced CHRAs up to 250,000 RPM via a VSR machine. Each unit comes with a serial-numbered balance test result document. Key features include a CNC-milled 5-axis compressor geometry, a 60mm inlet, genuine actuators and diverters, and early response and spool characteristics. The package includes a new pair of TTE1020 turbochargers with standard heat shielding. Required software includes Unitronic Stage 3 ECU and TCU tunes. Essential supporting hardware includes a 4 Bar TMAP Sensor Upgrade Kit, 60mm Adapter Ring Set for turbo inlets, Carbon Fiber Intake & Turbo Inlets, a CSF Intercooler Upgrade, and Unitronic Performance Downpipes. Installation may require an OEM breather and extra fixing screws, with specific part numbers provided for reference (OP2 103 211F, OP2 103 448, OP2 103 211D).
