Hybrid Turbocharger for EA888.3 MQB

The Turbo Engineers TTE535 is a hybrid performance upgrade turbocharger engineered for VAG 2.0/1.8TSI EA888.3 MQB platforms, building upon the IS38 turbocharger. It represents a Stage 3+ power upgrade, designed to deliver enhanced spool and response. The unit is constructed using genuine Garrett housings and components, featuring a TTE Billet Milled 6+6 blade compressor wheel with extended tip technology and a larger diameter billet intake. The turbocharger also incorporates a TTE High-Flow Low-Mass 9-blade turbine for improved gas flow, reduced back pressure, and lower exhaust gas temperatures, enabling safer higher boost levels. A TTE reinforced upgrade bearing pack and a CNC milled OEM silencer delete are also integrated. Each turbocharger is meticulously balanced at slow speeds and then dynamically balanced at up to 250,000 RPM using a VSR machine, ensuring a standard far higher than OEM, with a balance test result document supplied. Installation is designed to be Plug & Play as an IS38 turbocharger. However, software recalibration is required after installation to optimize performance. The unit is proven to achieve 535 PS+ at 2.0 bar on 99 RON fuel. This turbocharger is made in Germany and comes with a 1-year TTE trouble-free warranty. Fitment is specifically for VAG EA888 Gen 3 engines, and specific vehicle applications include models like the Audi S3, Golf R, GTI Mk7, S1, TT, and Cupra.
